Hector Barbera
Héctor Barberá is a Spanish professional motorcycle road racer. He was born on November 2, 1986, in Dos Aguas, a municipality in the province of Valencia, Spain. He has competed in several top-tier motorcycling competitions, including MotoGP, Moto2, and Superbike World Championship.
Barberá began his international racing career in 2002 when he debuted in the 125cc World Championship. He secured his first win in the category in 2003 and finished as the runner-up in the 2004 season. In 2005, he moved up to the 250cc class, where he rode until 2009, achieving multiple podium finishes.
In 2010, Barberá advanced to the premier class, MotoGP, and competed there until 2017. During this period, he raced for various teams but did not secure a race win, although he had several top-10 finishes.
After MotoGP, Barberá transitioned to the Moto2 class in 2018 and later to the Superbike World Championship.
